Our trained business office staff works closely with referring physicians and other professional medical offices to provide optimal service to their respective patients needing medical imaging exams.

Services include but are not limited to:

• assuring timely scheduling of exams
• coordinating insurance benefits
• pre-certify exams with third party payors
• providing patients with directions and pre-exam instructions
• transcription of exam reports
• feedback to referring offices on the scheduling statuses of their patients
• assist patients in resolving claim issues
• working with patients on payment plans
